I strongly believe that every employer might have struggled
in his life for existence. I obey their struggle a lot at that time.
At that time they got experience and they got through the job.
Whereas now a days, there is vocational qualification,
which means getting the experience while studying.
Let us Analise our study. I studied Journalism and Mass communication.
I was trained like a professional press reporter for a duration of two years.
I got the experience of theory and practical. But the press heads now want again the same experience in the press. It is absurd.
They want every fresher have to take the struggle of existence in their employment.
I question If a person has their capabilities and abilities
to challenge the duties why has he to take training again?
Please give a chance to do the job. Please give a lift to the fresher.
